D1 - Arrive in Montreal

After flying across the expansive Atlantic Ocean, your plane descends into the lively city of Montreal. Take a transfer to go to your hotel in Montreal. Enjoy some free time this afternoon to explore Quebec’s economic and cultural capital.
 

D2 - Montreal / Quebec City / Saguenay - (BLD)
Today you travel along the Saint Lawrence River banks as we transfer to Quebec City, the same named Province’s political capital and only fortified city in North America. Just a few kilometers away is the historical Huron-Wendat site where you’ll learn about Canadian First Nations history. Enjoy a Native influenced lunch on site. We then continue northeast towards Saguenay. Settle in for five nights at the Pourvoirie du Cap au
Leste and revel in the incredible views of the fjord. Enjoy an animated dinner party complete with cocktail + gastronomic meal

D3 - Saguenay Fjord - Snowmobiling - (BLD)
The charming village of Sainte-Rose-du-Nord is just a few kilometers from Cap au Leste. Visit and explore its surroundings via snowmobile, a typical winter mode of transport in the Nordic regions (about 70km). Lunch at Mina’s will be a rewarding encounter. As you make your way back towards the lodge enjoy spectacular views of the fjord. For those who wish to participate, experience an after-dark dogsled outing! (about 1h30 - optional

activity).
 

D4 - Saguenay Fjord - Snowshoeing - (BLD)

From the highest cliffs to the fjord’s lighthouse, our snowshoeing excursion offers incredible panoramas of the region. After lunch at the lodge, the afternoon is reserved for an exciting activity, fun for young and old a-like: learn about Canada’s national sport Ice Hockey…. But without the skates. Afterwards, hop on a sled and slide your way down the hills! Tonight we enjoy a night time campfire under the starry sky.
 

D5 - Saguenay Fjord - Dogsledding - (BLD)
This morning is reserved for a typical and unforgettable winter pastime in Quebec: dogsledding. As you approach the kennel, the dogs begin to bark with excitement knowing that this means an outing is in order. After a brief lesson about dogsled driving by the local musher, hop on your sled and into the snowy  wilderness u go! Watch as the dogs pull with all their might, the sled gliding across the snow. This afternoon, take advantage of a dip in the sauna and heated pool complete with impressive views of the fjord. Tonight you’ll participate in an evening snowshoe stroll on a path lined with torches. For a more adventurous,

experience a late-night snowmobile outing (about 2hrs, optional activity).
 

D6 - Saguenay Fjord- Snowshoeing & Forest Survival- (BLD)
Begin the day with a guided snowshoe stroll, lead by a local naturalist. Enjoy the journey along new trails and learn about the regions ecosystems. After lunch, you will be invited to learn about forest survival in a prospector's tent (known to be used by trappers during colonization) near Lake Louise. This afternoon you'll learn about ice‐fishing, how make a fire on snow and to build a «quinze», a cousin of the Igloo typical

to southern Quebec.. In the evening, enjoy music and local folk songs.
 

D7 - Saguenay / Quebec City - (B)

Your winter excursion in the Saguenay region ends today, But there’s still more to see in beautiful Quebec City. Lunch and the rest of the day are free to explore this UNESCO World Heritage site. On your last night, we settle in at a local First Nations hotel. be welcomed by this hotel-museum and it’s First Nations inspired decor. Option to enjoy a guided visit of Quebec. Settle

D8– Quebec / End in Montreal - (B)
Transfer back to Montreal along the Saint Lawrence River. Depending on your flight, you’ll either be transferred to the airport or dropped off downtown with free time in the city. Visit the famous Old Montreal, the Old Port, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Flight home.
